• There is a THREE revision limit only. After that, a fee is required per additional revision of $25.
• All logos are made in Adobe Photoshop (High Quality) and the finalized logo will include PNG (transparent background), JPG, PDF, PSD file.

Text Based Logo
The design turnaround time is at the most, 14 business days. This may increase or decrease during peak, busy, or slower seasons. This timeframe is due to the orders that were placed before you.
All orders begin on the FOLLOWING business day, no exceptions.
Drafts may be sent out on holidays and weekends, but they are not included in the timeframes above.
SXMPLYCAS CO does not provide refunds for any services. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead does not qualify for a refund. Once the payment has been made, the payment is non-refundable.
